We were able to check-in early but had to pay an early fee for what was verbally told to me would be $50 for check-in. That to which I agreed, but after checking my bank statement they had charged me $75. Came into room and can tell room wasn't really well looked through or cleaned. Found bobby pins and hair clips by the TV and coffee pot area. There was no hair conditioner in the bottles that are already in the shower tub. All in all it was just a short stay so that we could get to the airport the next day in the morning and use the airport shuttle which was the plus side of it.

Our stay at your hotel was average. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. There was an odd odor throughout the hotel. The thing that upset me was the night before we requested an airport shuttle for the morning. We requested it for 7:00am. We got down to the lobby at 7:02 and he was gone! come on 2 minutes late. My husband then called an Uber. The front desk called the shuttle back but by that time our Uber had already arrived. The funny thing the shuttle had no one in it! He couldn't have waited for us.

Overnight staff messed up entering the reservation when I was checking in. After arriving late night to the hotel we were woken up early, stating that we were supposed to check out today. Even though the booking was for 2 nights and payment charged was for 2 nights. Day staff just said the bare minimum of a sorry. It is not the guest responsibility to make sure that staff are doing their job.

We had a room right next to the main highway and thought the traffic would ease over night but not so. Hardly slept all night due to the constant traffic noise. They should give rooms on the quieter side of the building as hotel was defy it full.
