Booked and pre paid for room with king sized bed. When I arrived, was informed they only had rooms with 2 double beds. Was informed my room was likely given to an earlier guest that had reserved a room with 2 double beds but changed their minds and wanted to switch to a king size bed. I had already paid for my room at time of booking. Asked for adjustment in price. Was told by reception person (who was very polite and understanding) that a Manager would have to do this and that they would contact me the next day. No contact was made. At checkout, 2 days later, talked to concierge (also very polite) who apologized again that management had not reached out to me but would ask them to contact me to resolve the problem (make price adjustment and explanation). Still no contact.
