I don’t understand how this place has ever gotten a good review. we were told that the noise level had to be kept low after 10pm but come the next day they are having a wedding party going until midnight tonight that is playing very loud music with bass that shakes the whole room. we were up early and have to be again tomorrow but we are being kept up late by absurdly loud yelling and music. not to mention the hotel room was gross, it has stains on the doors, carpet, walls. and not to mention one of the door handles was broken on the bathroom. this place is LOUD, nasty, hot and i recommend you find any other hotel that doesn’t book party’s. the party got here at 9am and they get to continue the loud music and yelling until midnight. i will never come here again, i will recommend any friends and family along with anyone who reads this review to go to ANY other hotel, this one is terrible i want my $1000 back and this place to be out of business

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. We had a room on the top floor which was really nice, a king bed, but it was the worst mattress I have ever had. The mattress sagged so your head was down, hip area sagged, feet up,so we flipped the mattress putting the feet area to the head area and it really didn’t do much. The pillows were awful too. I let them know and they said they put new mattresses in March. I didn’t get any sleep at all. I don’t know if it was only our room or other rooms but I would have to try the mattresses in the room before I would stay again
