Pleasantly surprised!

Last minute booking. Only hotel I can find on same day booking with a reasonable price. Clean rooms, very near downtown, clean bathrooms. A bit dated but didn't find anything problematic. Was pleasantly surprised, would definitely use again!

Terrible experience

Each room we were given had an issue from non working outlets, no heat (we were there in the winter) to no running water. We were moved from the room involuntarily, our belongings moved without our consent. Expensive shoes damaged. Their booking site stated that there was parking on site, which was also a lie (this was the main reason we booked here). The general manager NEVER wanted to talk to us and did not have the staff offer any type of reimbursement or discount to the rest of the stay. No amenities offered either. This was a completely bad experience.

I liked it's close / walkable distance to Grant Park, several Chicago Loop train stops, and other attractions. Rooms and faciliteis were fine. The front desk staff was very helpful. They have a security guard at night to check entrants to make sure they are guests who have a room booked.

We come to chi for the outdoor game and found this hotel and with where it was located it was the best part lots of things to do around the area for free and lots of good restaurants right around the corner The beds were not that bad now since it was cold out you can not control the temp on the room so the old school hot water radiator kept coming on very loud and cranky The service we got from the desk was amazing Paid for parking two blocks back for 25$ in park wiz I would stay again just maybe not in winter time to avoid the heater issue

El Hotel es céntrico, tiene buena ubicación, cerca del downtown, varios restaurantes alrededor. El staff del front desk fue muy amable, tuve posibilidad de hacer un early check in. El hotel se mantiene limpio. Lo único que no me gustó es el ruido externo, se escucha demasiado los rieles del tren, es imposible dormir.
