The room was very small. Furnishings were sparse. Bed linens were cheap. Bed was uncomfortable. Rooms are cleaned every other day, which would be okay if the service provided was thorough. Toilet seat was left up, bed was not made, and paper products were not refreshed. Ran out of food for breakfast. Poor quality overall. Will NOT stay there again.

Great Christmas experience
We travel often to Illinois and stay in a hotel. 1st time at Tru. By far the cleanest, friendliest, and most organized. Don greeted us about 7pm on Christmas, he was very friendly and accomodating. What a great personality. 2 things to make note, the shower had a bad crack in the bottom and water was going under the shower, problems later. Also, might want to flip the mattresses on both beds in 219. Both were very collapsed towards the inside edges. Even with those 2 maintenance issues it was outstanding.

The room I booked was not available. The woman at the desk said “ Why do they keep overbooking this”. At first she told me my reservation just came over which was inaccurate as I booked and paid for it weeks ago.

Poor experience, room not clean.
I arrived to the hotel pretty late in the night for a business trip. I head to bed immediately but when I pulled the sheets I saw hair in the bed and the sheets didn't look clean. The front desk rep was very kind a found me another room quickly but the cleaninness, aftert that experience, is very questionable. Also my car got hit during the night in the partking lot and hotel doesn't have cameras. Lastly, I asked to use the printer from the business area and the computer was broken so the printer could not be used. The manager of the hotel was not very interested in feedback.

We had a wonderful stay! It's a modern hotel, in like-new condition. Such a positive, good-energy vibe! Many choices at breakfast- both hot 'n cold. Our room had everything we needed in a compact, efficient design. I'd love to bring that bed home!! The entrance is multi-purpose. Around the reception desk, there's a multi-use area to eat, visit, relax, play pool or buy a snack and a drink. A great, quiet, safe location too. We're TRUly impressed! Nice addition to Hilton's brand!
