There is nothing exceptional about the hotel (hey, managers, you might want to hire a clerk who at least TRIES to show a little interest in the guests who are staying there and giving them a job), but there is nothing terrible about it either. We liked the suites. Clean, if a little dated, and the bed and bath were adequate. We would stay again, but there's no reason to seek out this hotel out if you have a better option.

The only complaint we had was the breakfast wasnt that great. The biscuits were hockey pucks. And one the workers got an attitude when we brought it to their attention. Other than everyone was extremely nice. And our room was awesome. Hans at the front desk was awesome tooo

This hotel needs updating. Horrible mattress and overall staff was apathetic. No manager on duty. No call back afterwards. Only general Gmail? I'll probably try somewhere else in Cincinnati.

This was our second stay at this location. The property is clean and quiet inside. Some road noise can be heard, but did not keep us awake. Staff are attentive and timely with check in and requests (extra towels). The dining area is clean and well attended. We appreciate the location to shopping and food nearby. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel, horrible bed
Bed was miserable. There was at least a 4” sag from the edge to the center of the bed. Overall, hotel was nice, staff was friendly, property was clean, and plenty of space in the room, but did not get a good night’s sleep which is the whole purpose for staying at a hotel.
