We stayed 3 nights. the room was not serviced at all. When we asked about it, we were told we had to tell the "owner" we wanted the room serviced. We had no clean sheets, no trash removal, ran out of toilet paper and tissues. I don't know how this property received any good reviews, unless people were only staying one night. This was our anniversary weekend and it was so disappointing to open the door (twice) to an unmade room. When we went to the front desk to get clean towels, We were told the cleaning people had already left.

Friendly close-nit Staff. Rooms are clean orderly and well updated, price per night was very affordable and well worth it. Pet friendly and affordable laundry facilities on site were great for an extended stay. Bathrooms are clean with proper water pressure and never ran out of hot water, i always bring my own shower head to make it feel like home, ill be coming back to this hotel for the holidays when visiting inlaws 🙏

Highly recommend for KI trips!!
We made a quick trip to Cincinnati and just needed somewhere to sleep. Late check in was no issue at all. My ONLY suggestion is for bigger room numbers or better lighting of some sort to be able to see room numbers from the parking lot. The room was clean, the beds and pillows were cozy. TV had a nice picture and the heating/cooling system worked well. The faucet fixture was loose but it still worked properly. Plenty of plug-ins for electronics. Plenty of parking. Area was quiet. Felt mostly safe but wouldn’t want to be out there alone at night being a female. VERY close to Kings Island (2 miles) and they offer a shuttle service which we didn’t use. Breakfast was kinda meh. I’d give it a 4/10, but hey- it was free.

Overall I give it a B. It was adequate. Old building that has been remodeled and appeared clean. There was a questionable stain in the tub and the toilet wobbled. Beds were firm and pillows soft. Breakfast area was tidy and clean but cereal was stale.

It was my family's first time staying at this Motel and it definitely will not be our last very convenient to Kings island, breakfast buffet in the morning, very quiet and safe feeling. Oh and on a plus side they have a shuttle to Kings Island

For a hotel chain that generally provides the bare minimum, this hotel was very nice. The room was updated, there was plenty of areas to charge USB/USBC devices. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I didn’t try to breakfast but am told by a friend it went fast, so make sure you get there early. The staff in the lobby were pleasant and check in was easy. They even have transportation provided by a bus for King Island, it’s very code to the park. 5 minute drive. Would stay here again!
