We stayed here exactly 1 year ago and this visit was 100 times better - new owners in April 2024 have improved the property tremendously. I only gave 4 stars overall because 1) despite emphasizing the smoke-free property, our room had the smoke smell mostly hidden by heavy fragrance (they apologized & offered to change our room!), 2) the Wi-Fi was very weak, and 3) there is no elevator.

Great deal with the Cincinnati open
I went here to watch the tennis match at the Cincinnati open, it is very close to the hotel, you could actually walk in about 15 minutes if you wanted to. However, they do have a shuttle that provides service to and from the event. The hotel has always been clean, quiet, is a great deal for the price! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, newly remodeled inn/hotel. Very close to Cinci Open grounds. We stayed only one night so we didn't need much. However, the beds and pillows were comfy, water pressure was great, plenty of clean towels. Friendly and helpful staff. BUT WiFi in room 213 was very spotty, not sure if that's just that side of the building or everywhere. We would stay there again.

Great location for a trip to Kings island. Super friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. And an awesome retro outdoor motel feel. Great little outdoor pool to wind down from the park.

It would have been nice to have an elevator to the second floor. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned on the second day. Otherwise location is perfect for the tennis match snd there is a complementary shuttle service

Great property for kings island, they even have a shuttle! Parking is very expensive at kings island without a season pass so that’s almost half your room price alone. Plus you get breakfast the pool looked great and the staff was very pleasant. Room was clean amenities inside worked as expected. Was a very pleasant stay
