The property manager, was extremely helpful and understanding. I used Expedia to book two rooms for two nights and prior to check in had to modify the reservation to cancel one night in the second room. Expedia did not provide the hotel with the update and I was concerned I would still be charged for it. As we were travelling for a family funeral, I was concerned about any additional costs and was not emotionally prepared to deal with Expedia's errors. Fortunately, she was understanding and didn't charge me for the night. She went far beyond what I would have ever imagined she would do to ensure our stay was as stress-free as possible. Thank you for your kindness and compassion during a very difficult time. If you are planning to book at this hotel, call the hotel directly and bypass Expedia.
