Disappointed
First room we checked into was filthy. Used wash cloth left in room. Refrigerator visibly dirty. Microwave visibly dirty. We were given another room on 3rd floor. There is construction taking place on 3rd floor. Room entry door was very difficult to open as if it was painted shut. No closet in room. Kitchen faucet leaf underneath the sink. Furniture visibly dirty. I notified staff during check out. Staff was friendly, but I feel as if the property is well below quality, especially for the location. Very disappointed and will not stay again.

Smelly and weird
Room seemed unclean. Beds looked messy (and like whoever cleaned could have cared less) when we checked in and entire room smelled awful. The smell was the same in the hotel lobby. Body odor. Vacuuming would also be a suggestion.

This hotel should be closed down. The lobby is the size of a bathroom. Everything is old. It's dark and scary. My room was literally filthy. Light switches, tables, floors, walls....my phone hadn't been wiped down in 10 years. Just absolutely disgusting.

There is as a Roach in my room. I informed the front desk. They gave me another room but I could not get comfortable so the next day I checked out. I called there customer service and they gave me a turnaround Time if 48 hours when someone would get back with me. That did not work for me so I checked out.

Dirty. Carpet was disgusting and wouldn't take my shoes off. Bed was hard and springs no longer worked.I like a firm bed but you couldn't roll over-- felt like concrete. Looks nice on outside but room smelled like trying to cover up animal urine. Hard NO to this place.

Property was unkept, had several odors, none pleasant. Breakfast consisted of bad coffee and cereal bars. I overpaid for this. Motel 6 would have been a better choice
