I was beyond sad that I had to leave early, due to inland storm damage risk from Helene. I highly recommend this resort. Property is clean, so much to do, staff was super friendly! Cindy at the front desk was fantastic!

My credit card being charged and not actually staying yet was a first for me. The actual room was nice but the outside hallway could use a cleaning and painting. The front desk gentleman could have been friendlier because It was very stressful for us arriving in high winds and tornado weather.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Zero issues with service; the colleagues at this establishment truly love their job. The resort itself is dated. There werent many visitors the couple of days we were there, however for those that were located near our room on the 6th floor, we heard everything and it was amplified due to the layout of the hallways. The amenities in the room were basic. We had no issues with any of the appliances. The movie theater was closed however they were willing to put a movie on if there was something we wanted to watch. The pool was clean and a little cool. The towel service machine was confusing but convenient. Beach access is controlled by the wrist band key card. There are equipment rentals available for a fee; hitting the local surf shop up the road is more affordable. There is a food market 3 minutes up the road and a places to eat locally and down the road in Melborne. Check the hours; many arent open until later in the day. Given what this place has to offer, it wasnt worth the price. You are paying for location.

I have nothing bad to say, it was an excellent experience. Impressive lobby with very friendly staff, fantastic rooms and amenities, and right on the beach with wooden walkway and rinsing shower, and full size coffee pot in room. My brother and I came to watch a launch, and already planning on bringing our families down to stay here again.

I had an incredible time at this location. I was feeling the pressure to find an affordable location in Cocoa Beach and it turned out The Resort on Cocoa Beach was exactly what I needed and more. It was definitely better than staying at a mainstream hotel. The rooms were clean, well decorated, and we got a huge apartment space for the three of us. Also....I'm pretty sure I had the best shower and bath in my entire life.... The only complaint was that it was a little loud on the side by the pool...The lady doing Bingo reverberated the walls a bit. But hey...the activities were great and it is apparent that a lot of time and care habeen put into this resort.

Overall review of this property was excellent. Zero complaints or issues with the actual property. The only thing I could complain about is the Azteca 2 restaurant that’s on site, their menu states everything is homemade….tortillas were straight out of a bag. As for the actual resort and property EXCELLENT! Can’t wait to go back.

The apartment was clean and well stocked when we arrived. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. We will definitely revisit this resort in the future.
