Hotel was okay for a short stay. clean and easy parking. Breakfast was very simple, coffee and a few options for help yourself. Rooms are old and bathroom was cramped. Burned out light bulbs and thin walls.

Very clean and the essentials were provided, like toiletries, Fridge, and coffee. Walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs to enjoy many restaurants/pubs and stores to satisfy anyone. Very reasonably priced rooms too.

Our favorite place to stay. I do wish they offered more for breakfast. Missed the vending machines and the hot tub. But very quiet and clean place.

Everything was good. Room was clean, checking in easy. Only issue was i booked a king bed on second floor and they made a mistake and gave it to someone else. Not a huge deal but I was traveling alone and felt safer on second floor. Otherwise, everything was good and I’d stay there again.

We only stayed for a night and got up early for a hke in hte morning. The staff communicative and friendly. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. It is a little far from the historic city center, but otherwise would stay here again!

The motel is very well kept. Our room was super clean, as well as the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is within easy walking distance to downtown Manitou Springs. Our vehicle didn't leave the parking lot the whole time we were there.
