Took my husband to hotel Polaris for his birthday. We only stayed one night but this place has our hearts. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating and the room was beautiful. The restaurants were amazing and the decor was so cool! Bartenders at all the bars in hotel Polaris were incredible and we had a blast finishing our night off with Kenny at the bar downstairs next to Pamela’s. Will definitely be returning with the kids now that we know it’s a very family friendly and inviting establishment. 10/10 would recommend!

Birthday celebration at Polaris
We stayed at the new Polaris hotel last weekend. The hotel is beautiful and we loved all the art and colors chosen. Had a delicious meal in Pamela's, and 2 of our party flew the 737 Max simulator. A great time all the way around!

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful place in a beautiful location. However was given a very partial Mountain View room after booking and paying the price of a mountain room. Was really more of a city view. Very disappointed. Also the Elevator is not centrally located and had to walk the entire length of the hotel to get to our rooms and back. But overall the hotel was very nice with exceptional amenities.

Long Awaited Polaris Hotel
We were very excited to stay in the new Polaris Hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean and new. We loved the decor in the room which reflected the various icons of the Air Force Academy. Every amenity and comfort have been well thought out, and it was first-class! We enjoyed our stay and plan to frequent the hotel again in the near future!

Close but not quite there.
The property was beautiful and spotless. Beds very comfortable. Staff was friendly and halpful. However , water in bathroom was not hot. Padtries at coffee shop were stale and overpriced. Dinner at Pamelad was ok but should be better for the price. Food was not hot when delivered to table. None of the bars had coffee so no coffee drinks available.

Very impressed.
Amazing stay. Everyone was so friendly and ready to help, right from the moment we came up to the door. The room was very comfortable, and definitely clean! The hotel is new, so everthing was definitely it excellent condition. The beds were very comfortable and the shower and bathroom very nice. I used the treadmills in the gym twice. Very good experience. They had apples and water, and clean towels. I saw a yoga area, and several other pieces of equipment. The view from the lobby and west facing rooms is so beautiful. A flawless view of the mountains. I saw a nice pool and cabanas and lounge chairs. They were all covered in a foot of snow during our stay, but it will be great in the warm weather. A cute teddybear sits on the bed, as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
