Lovely property with a nice game room in the basement. We had an outstanding breakfast every morning. The steam shower and water bed were wonderful! The waterbed didn't seem like a waterbed and was very comfortable.

The owners and staff were outstanding in friendliness and accommodation. The entire building is beautifully appointed with antiques and period pieces. Wonderful breakfast. Altogether a delightful experience!

Comfortable B & B
The Old Town Guesthouse was conveniently located near sights we planned to see in Colorado Springs-Garden of the Gods was very close. A block down the street was a street full of little boutiques and art galleries and restaurants so we were happy to be able to walk to dinner each night. The guesthouse was very clean and comfortable and the hosts, Kim and Dave were very sweet and helpful.
