Unfortunately we did not have a good stay at this property. We had 2 windows busted out of 2 work vehicles along with many other vehicles. Apparently this has happened numerous times at this property in the last couple weeks according to officer. Breakfast was not good - brown oranges, no forks, no milk for cereal. Property was clean but would not stay again.

Needs attention
The location of the hotel is odd. The front faces a ridge. We had to drive around from TV in bcThe room had a coffee maker and coffee pods but no cups. I had to go down from the 2nd floor to the lobby to ask the location of the ice machine, which was on the 3rd floor. A tv guide of channels would be helpful. The breakfast was running out of food at 7am!

They were out of some things for breakfast 2 times in a row but the staff was very nice. Co puters crashed sometimes.

Hotel was very busy. We checked in after 6pm. Our room was ready but many others were not ready. Breakfast was late and then they ran out of food within 30 minutes. Newer hotel but still lots of kinks to work out.

Nice hotel
Went to see my son graduate jump school. Only problem I had was with house keeping. The shower soap was empty, the hand soap was almost empty, there was melted ice in the ice bucket and the coffee maker had Krups pod still in it. The room itself was clean other than what was mentioned. I prepaid for the room with my husbands credit card and showed my credit card when I arrived and informed them of this and told it was no problem and was charged on my card.

Rooms were not ready at check in. Stayed in room 335 and 2 outlets did not have power when we plugged our phone chargers in. The shower door would not stay closed because it was not installed level. There was no breakfast in the morning because they said no one should up to cook.
