Room booked on hotels.com showed a jacuzzi suite. However, once arrived I was informed there are no jacuzzi suites at this location! Definitely bummed about that!

Unbeknownst to me this property was being renovated. It was as clean as could be considering that. Staff were very nice. My only complaint is the person that cleaned the room did not leave toilet paper and we ran out. They also did not mop the entry and it needed it.

Very comfortable stay with large room, everything is updated, staff very helpful, very clean, great hot breakfast, convenient off the highway and close to the cute little town to walk around in and have a nice dinner.

Stayed the night before going to Zoombezi Bay. Perfect for what we needed, clean and comfortable. Pool was small but nice, breakfast was good. Plenty of food options around the area. Would stay here again

The staff was very friendly. In the bath, I would put the shower curtain rod about 1 inch lower. This would keep the inside curtain inside the tub. I would add another handicap grab bar to make entry into the shower safer. I did not like the air conditioner going on and off throughout the night. It was difficult to sleep.

Nice hotel, they are doing some remodeling. Very good breakfast buffet. Our room didn't have extra tp and trash bags.

Overall it was a good stay, they were remodeling, room was very clean, staff are polite and friendly, the pool was warm and kids love it, the bed was comfy, breakfast was okay but prefer waffles instead of pancakes (machine was slow and ran out), same breakfast everyday. I don’t know how often they clean the room, we arrived Friday night, no one clean our room Saturday when we were out ( told staff room needed to clean), room wasn’t clean when we came back, had to ask for new towels, told reception on Sunday about room, they cleaned bathroom, changed trash can and made bed but didn’t vacuum.

A little slow on having booked room available due to temporary staff shortage No notice that when i used my card to pay they would send a charge when i check in and when i check out called about it and was told that one of charges would drop off in a couple of days.For a Holiday Inn Express , I would call it a so so experience. Once i got a room that evening, the room was clean and comfortable
