Perfect location for tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants in towncenter. Excellent breakfast choices. Friendly front desk staff. Guest room A/C did not cool well in room 511, so we had to sleep with an open window. Our maintenance request was ignored. Elevators were very tricky and frustrating to get the keycard recognized.

Great location. 5 min walk to Nyhavn and water bus. Next to Kissing Stairs. Tiny elevators but clean rooms and comfy beds. Great breakfast included. Walk to cafes and restaurants.

The Scandic Front was in a great location in Copenhagen with a couple block walk to the metro, shopping, tons of restuarants and cultural sites. The price for the hotel is a little high considering the status of the facilities. They are currently undergoing a renovation so hopefully they will address this. A couple of positive notes, the hotel has bikes you can rent which was super easy and we loved biking around Copenhagen. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options for myself(omnivore) and my wife(vegetarian). The staff was all very nice and helpful.

Excellent location for exploring Nyhavn and the main sites of Copenhagen. It has a good selection of food at breakfast buffet. However the hotel is a little dated in places and in much need of a refurbishment throughout.

Great location, only a few blocks away from the main tourist attractions. Waterfront view from our room was amazing! Breakfast was great, the furniture in the room needs an upgrade, but beds were comfortable!

Very convenient place to stay. Property is under renovation and hopefully shower pressure will improve. Our room was 104 and noise from the dance area below continued until midnight on the 3 nights we were there, made it hard to sleep. Good breakfast and parking available.

Pros: The location is fantastic if you want to explore Nyhavn, the waterfront and the palace. The breakfast, which was included in our room rate, was fantastic. The staff is helpful, although we did have a request to fix something in the room, which never happened. Cons: they are renovating the hotel and noise during the day. Was comfortable but small.

Nothing special, but quite adequate. On one hand, the breakfast buffet was excellent; on the other, the hallways and rooms are severely underlit, and the black furniture makes the rooms even darker. The hallway carpeting with a “Copenhagen” design was also needlessly dark. The desk staff, however, was a bright spot.

We liked the location. The housecleaning and dining staff were excellent. The breakfast was good. However, we had two unresolved issues. 1. The toilet did not flush properly. The hotel responded, but not prompltly and it was never properly resolved. It woud work by pouring a trash can of water down the toilert. 2. The hotel is advertising on Expedia as having "laundry facilities." This is not correct. They send out laundry, except weekends, or when they forget. We arrived thinking there was a laundry facitity and waited until we needed to use it. When discovering there was no faciltity, we left the laudry at the desk Friday night to return Saturday afternoon. They failed to send the laundry and there is no laundry service on Sunday. So, we had to hand wash and hang to dry in the window to have clean clothes. We discussed these issues with the manager who was apologetic.
