The front desk employee wasn't helpful. Very slow. Couldn't find our reservation after getting all the information including confirmation number. I had to find the information for him from the system. No ice machine in July. Won't recommend.
I had to extend my stay for work reasons and this was one of the few hotels in the area that was available, my stay was blighted by walls so thin you could here a forced whisper through them, while not filthy it could have been cleaner, but some of the staff were down right rude and I will not be returning to this hotel again
It has been an amazing trip. I’m satisfied with the experience and the services provided. Everything said on the website was true. I would recommend to anyone who is willing to say for a short or long stay.
The staff was so rude not helpfull we are waiting outside for and 1hr waiting to be booked in ,the room we booked for is not the one they gave to us and they over charge us for the day .in room is smelling bad is smelling like they smoke cigarette in the room and is very small for a family of 4.in the morning we decided to leave the hotel and find and other hotel.sorry the hotel is very far from the city and the breakfast too is not good at all not.verybad
We stayed 2 nights. Upon arrival at 22:04 hours there was no one from the reception. The only way to check in was via a machine where I entered a code that was provided before and after that I had to pay. As I already paid via my creditcard when I booked the hotel, I paid twice. Next day I told the lady from the reception and she told she will refund the payment of my creditcard. Now 5 days have past and no refund yet ..
Also, when we entered the room the water of the toilet kept running and there was no way to stop it. Via a telecom downstairs I called for support. After that somone from the hotel came and checked. As he could not fix it he arranged another room for us.
The next day, at midnight the room was very hot. This was caused by the airco that was malfunction and also leaked water inside. I turned off the airco but the leaking sound of water drops kept going on. Went downstais to get support via telecom. The guy from support told me that someone will come in 10 minutes. After 10 minutes still no one showed up, called the guy again, after 10 minutes still no one showed up. Called again, now I told him the situation can be dangerous of the leaking water. Eventually someone showed up, he checked the airco but could not help and told us this only can be done during daytime. He told us that the hotel was fully booked and so there was no room to switch.
Awful. Was not given the rooms booked and then given separate double rooms, despite travelling with under 6’s. Had to top and tail them and subsequently none of us slept.

After returning from Amsterdam back to Paris we needed a cheap room to board up in for a few hours only before our next flight out. I chose this hotel because it stated it accommodated late check ins as we were arriving very late in the night. The hotel sent an email in advance stating there would be no one at the reception desk upon my arrival and provided a confirmation number to enter into the checkin machine. However, the code provided did not work so we utilized the phone located next to the machine to call the help desk. The phone was by speaker only and was very loud so some of the hotel guests complained about the noise. We apologized but stated we had no choice as we were stuck outside. Once connected the help desk was able to assist in providing the correct code however the person whom provided the directions was very impatient and was very snappy with me bc I had trouble understanding her accent, and she was even snappy whe she could’nt understand my accent. We were finally able to access our room code and I spoke into the phone to ask additional questions but the Helpdesk person hung up without making sure we had everything we needed (which we didn’t). The room was what I expected for the price I paid (clean enough to rest for a few hours) but I do feel the customer service experience could be enhanced. I would not choose this hotel again for those reasons alone.

Gets the job done
Very small but very clean. If you can’t speak French it can be challenging to get checked in during off hours. But all things considered it was comfortable just a bed and a tv
