Always quiet and have been here many times my hotel of choice when I stay in Cornwall. They are a bit pricey if you don’t use a Expedia or similar app to book.

Better than the one I stayed in summer on my way from Toronto to Sherbrooke. The room is spacious and clean, having no special smell. The complimentary breakfast is good as well, only one thing to complain about is the breakfast closing at 9:30am is a bit early for kids cannot get up early due to the previous day’s swimming.

Rooms had all what we needed.. small fridge, microwave, keurig machine. No weird smells. Everything looks clean. Staff were friendly. We enjoyed the hot breakfast included in our stay. They easily accommodated our request for a noon checkout instead of 11am. The hotel is also located where shopping plazas are minutes away. Parking is easy.

Unfortunately, the hallways are very noisy. This particular room did not seem like it was soundproof at all. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. Barely 3 options, no coffee at all, and no staff in sight.

Lots of parking available. Great location within walking distance to shopping centre and food options. Gym had very basic equipment. Pool looked very big, did not use. Staff were friendly upon checking in and out. Breakfast was very basic with approximately 5 hot food items. Coffee and tea available in front lobby and in the rooms. Rooms were spacious, there was an annoying sound coming from I'm assuming were pipes during the night. The thermostat was also not working and made the room very cold at night. Did not appreciate hearing the cleaning workers outside the room talking very loudly as I'm assuming some of the staff were being trained and someone was doing something incorrectly. Their conversation was stopped after approximately 5 minutes.

Pleasant, professional staff at reception. Hotel was conveniently located to the hospital. Room was clean but decor was somewhat 'tired'. Appreciated that breakfast was included but offerings were only okay. Lots of free parking.

The room was lovely and very clean. The king bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice sofa and table. Lots of space for luggage etc. No carpets in the room which was great. It was very quiet the entire time. The staff at check in and check out were very nice. The carpets in the hallways and staircases are worn and perhaps should be replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
