Every time I book an accessible room for my wife the room is Never available when we arrive? I am not sure if anyone knows how to conduct business anymore in this country? I have called ahead to confirm the accessible room and it never happens! Disgusting!

Outside of hotel was super cute. We got there at dark. Loved the lights on building. Older hotel but could tell it was updated for the most part. Seemed clean. Pool was cute. Didn’t use it but loved the setup. Overall it was a good hotel. Bed was comfy. Jets in tub in room 206 didn’t work but no biggie

Excellent older hotel with a good hot breakfast. Be sure to tell front desk you want daily maid service when you check in. Super convenient to Mesa Verde National Park.

Everything about this hotel was adequate. The staff was great! Other than some noisy neighbors for a little bit, we got better sleep here than we did at the hotel we just left where we were paying $800/night so KUDOS for that!

Property did not have elevator and has 3 floors. We had the ground floor room so we were thankfull. We had to park in the back of the building. Their parking lot behind the building needs to be redone. Was very patchy.
