THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE HAD IN AN ALL-INCLUSIVE CANCUN RESORT. WHILE THE PROPERTY IS REALLY GOOD with NICE SWIM UP ROOMS ALONG WITH A WORLD CLASS SPA/SAUNA, THIS RESORT FAILS MISERABLY IN HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE. THE STAFF WAS NOT VERY FRIENDLY AND INVITING AND FELT LIKE THEY WERE REALLY NOT IN PROVIDING HOSPITALITY AND SERVICE TO THE GUESTS. WHEN WE CHECKED IN THE RECEPTIONIST WAS IN A HURRY AND GOT US THE BANDS FOR ACCESS ACROSS THE RESORT HOWEVER, THE ROOM WOULD NOT BE READY FOR ANOTHER TWO HOURS. WE DID MENTION THAT WE ARE VIP ACCESS GUEST FROM EXPEDIA, BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BENEFITS, LATER WE GOT THE $600 RESORT CREDIT WHICH WAS BASICALLY $10-$50 COUPONS WHICH ARE ESSENTIALLY USELESS. THE ROOM WAS REALLY NICE, HOWEVER WAS NOT THE ONE THAT WE ASKED FOR WE HAD PAID FOR THE BEACH SIDE, SWIM UP ROOM, WHICH WERE AT THE END OF THE RESORT SIDE, HOWEVER, THEY GAVE US A POOL VIEW ROOM, WHICH HAD NO PRIVACY AT ALL. THE PILLOWS IN THE ROOM SMELL REALLY MUSTY AND MOIST, AND WE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THEM CHANGED AND IT WASN’T ON UNTIL 10 PM THAT THEY CHANGED THEM. The pool side is a dull and There is no party scene or music around the pool and felt like we were just chilling in a community pool. RESTAURANTS ARE BAD WITH NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. The grand palladium restaurants require reservation before 3 PM for dinner and will not allow you to dine in. The guest services don’t care if you go hungry. The spa was a saving grace, but will never go back to this resort
