Staff members butlers are trash Worst service i have ever had i stayed in the beachfront oven view loft suit it literally took about a day for the hot tubs to fill up jets were not working all the restaurants were completely booked

The property was beautiful from all of the greenery surrounding the resort, to the pools and beaches, and each of the hotel rooms. While I was an overall pretty disappointed in the food, there were several different restaurants around the resort with varying food styles. The staff and room service was excellent. In terms of the night life, we went to the Gravity Bar. When they had live music playing it was great, however, when there wasn’t a band playing they didn’t have big or loud enough speakers for the music to be heard throughout the bar. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and my friend’s wedding was lovely.

This resort was very enjoyable. It is a large resort so you typically do a lot of walking, but there is golf carts to take you to and from. The lunch time room service options were not the best. There are plenty of restaurants to pick from throughout your stay.
