Property doesn’t honour VIP. No upgrade when there were many nicer rooms available. Made us wait until 4pm to check in when there were many rooms available. Restaurant said they would call when a table was available. They never bothered to call….

A beautiful room and spacious amenities. Crown Isle Resort was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to get ready for my wedding! They even let us check out later so we could take our time getting ready. A wonderful treat, I would love to stay again with my now husband on a future anniversary! :) Thank you Crown Isle!
