The pool area was nice non hot water you had to ask for hot water when I had to take a shower same for toilet paper the staff most of the time didn’t ask if you need something especially at the pool

The staff is incredible...they are super friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast is hands down amazing and don't get me started on the coffee. You can tell that they are remodeling the hotel and it is looking great.

El cuarto del hotel apestaba horrible a cigarro y lo irónico era un letrero que decía “No Fumar”. No se contaba con servicio de agua caliente, cuando hoteles de menor precio lo tienen.

creo que si deben mejorar un poco en el área de la alberca, la limpieza, cuando bajamos a la zona de alberca había muchas hormigas, y no habían limpiado las mesitas de los huéspedes anteriores. todo lo demás nos pareció muy bien.
