The worst Hotel which I stayed in US. . While checking in, I requested water, but the receptionist informed me that it is only provided to Hilton Gold members. Shortly after, I saw another customer receive water. When I questioned it, the receptionist gave me the remaining bottle, are we beggar on the street or something like that? - Breakfast here costs $21 and is served with paper cups and plates, accompanied by a disappointing buffet. In contrast, Hilton Richardson, just 5 minutes away, offers an open buffet with excellent service for only $22.

Great service goes a long way!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the DoubleTree Richardson, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, ensuring that check-in was seamless and efficient. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean.It offered a mini fridge and microwave. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottled water and warm cookies!

Over all the hotel is fine. Staff is helpful and friendly. My only complaint would be the hotel is not at nice as the pictures. A little deceiving In particular the lobby. But the property/ room was clean and bed was comfortable.
