Give me this hotel experience in more cities!
What a wonderful concept. I will take lower rates, smaller rooms, super amenities, a warm reception, clean rooms, and great service all day long over big rooms. If you are in a city like Dallas, why do you want to spend your time in the hotel room? When I returned to the room, I felt perfect accommodations. As a woman business traveler, it is nice to feel safe, and this location was terrific. There is a super restaurant across the street too. I wish this concept would become a trend in other cities. Thank you for having me!

The girl who checked me in on Dec 6 was amazing! Me and my friend wanted to go to the store a few blocks away from the hotel but we were not familiar with the area. We asked if the area was safe, walking wise and she said it was but for our safety she let us borrow her pepper spray. SO KIND OF HER!! Went above and beyond! Other than that the hotel itself was very nice. I will say this hotel is more for solo travelers though.

This property is located in Down Town Dallas, TX. The area is very close to many points of intrest. Especially the medical center. Very clean and the staff is excellent when not overwhelmed in the evening during happy hour! Highly recommended. The rooms are small, but neat. Exactly what is needed and functional. I suggest an upper room for the most privacy unless socializing is important. Not for the whole family. Solo or couples only. The building has been completely rehabilated from former office use. Like new. Great concept.

I wish I had stayed at this hotel my entire stay. Very friendly staff, nice walkable area. And this blew my mind, my room had one of those smart toilets. I dont know if every room has that, but room 106 did and it was cool!
