Ridiculous
Outside was neat and clean other than 3 black males were outside in the parking lot on the stairs smoking Marijuana and and customers have kids with them and that really doesn’t make since and I feel like it’s ridiculous totally insane that we as guest having to pay $35 to park over night and we’re booking a stay and not have a option to free parking with a lot of the parking area block off with blue & orange cone blocked all love the grounds and that really upset me I could see valet parking on the side where you enter the hotel but I’ll NEVER book a stay again

Elevator wasn’t working to go up to room or amenities. Valet wasn’t always present and the $35 a day charge was too much

Upon arrival, we learned that the elevator didn’t work. We had to carry our baggage four stories high. Being deaf I could not get closed caption on the TV to work. Watched nothing as a result. Upon arrival the room was freezing cold with AC running at full capacity. Checking out was horrible. We wanted to leave early but the worker was found sleeping on a couch in the corr. valet service was horrible! He didn’t know how to check us out so he had to wake up his boss. Then they couldn’t find our info until they figured it out. And then the valet experience was a nightmare. They lost our car keys by the time we needed to leave. They had to scramble around to look for our keys. Someone found it in a non designated space. Needless to say we won’t ne back. Not got the money we spent there.

The rooftop bar was closed for the weekend due to other events. There should have been time set aside for hotel guests. One of the elevators did not work, so the wait time was lengthy at times. There should be a space/lot for free parking.

One elevator was down the whole time. At one, both elevators were done. My roommate had to attempt to carry her luggage down by herself. Elderly with health issues. There was an UNEXPECTED additional charge of $35 to park a car. We have stayed there before & was pleased but I think my group will rethinking things next year.

Only one elevator works, the description start states a roof top but that’s unavailable, can only valet park your vehicles ($35 each night) and you find out at the hotel after it’s been booked. Overall I had a nice view, it was clean, and beds were comfy.

Horrible experience
Walked in and there were 3 employees at the counter. Noone spoke or acknowledged that my family and i were there, and 2 of the employees started to walk away from the desk, so i said “hello! How are yall? We are ready to check in” in a jovial manner. The short guy immediately got an attitude and i tried to laugh it off. As we were checking in and attempting to present ids and pay, he was very defensive, not polite or pleasant in any way, and threatened numerous times to cancel the reservation. It was late, after 10 pm, i had worked 13+ hours, was exhausted, physically worn out, and was not up for a rude clerk. We try to stay in tru hotels bc of the fun atmosphere with the pool tables and inviting lounge, so i was doing everything I could to avoid a confrontation. I was asked for payment, and slid my card. The clerk asked to “validate” the card, so i held it out for him to take. He glanced at it and looked back down. I asked if he was done so i could put the card away. He said he was. I asked if he had “validated” the card. I was confused by his request and wanted to understand what he was asking for. I asked if he only needed to see the card. In my experience, “validation “ would require entering a card number into a system or calling a bank. I stated “if you only needed to see the card you could just say that for clarification” and the clerk threatened again to cancel the reservation. I explained that i was only trying to understand his request. He continued to threaten tbc
