Last two stays the shower heads are awful and leak so much and not truly adjustable and this stay the wall was rotting by the shower. Mattress was worn out and not comfortable. Easy fixes and hope you take the time to do them.

The staff made the stay bareable. From the start...there was hair on the sheets when i oulled them back, couch is dusty. The sink made plumbing noises throughout the night all around the outsid of the shower is dirty. We couldnt get the tv to work when trying to watch a specific channel when we return at 1am. No ome i clling someone up at 1am. Youre just trying to wind down. Im a big fan of the Virgin brand and Ive stayed at the Las Vegas location. Dallas location I regret paying for because $300 is not cheap.

Whenever we are in Dallas, this will be our choice place to stay. If you're thinking of booking, do it! It's a high-end, design-forward, sheik, and swanky hotel. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.
