Clean, comfortable room. Appreciated having many luggage carts on site-not always the case. Breakfast better than average. Very close to downtown Deadwood, but far enough away to not hear city noise.

The front desk staff weren't very friendly. It was clean and nice rooms. The only issue is you need to drive to downtown unless you bring a bike.

Mostly quiet property despite the Deadwood Jam weekend festivities, that are far enough away to not matter. We love the Trolley stop that delivers you to the downtown, eliminating the trouble of finding parking and fees. $2 per person per trip is a good alternative. After getting into our room, we discovered that the toilet was not working properly. The staff immediately tried to fix but then moved us to another room, 2 queens instead of King suite, but not compensation for the incovenience.

Staff was super accommodating. The breakfast lady worked very hard at keeping everything full and making sure her spare time was tiding the eating area. Last minute reservation and super happy we made it there

First time to Deadwood
Our trip was the best! We were traveling from Colorado to WI. Stopped in Deadwood for 3 nights. Great hotel and a gorgeous location! First timers to the area. We will repeat it all the same way next year, including this great hotel!

When we arrived the lobby had a sour smell which puts you off immediately. The checkin desk had a security fence that made you feel unsafe. The pool was green and cloudy. The room was clean. The breakfast was not stocked and was missing many items.

We stayed here 4 nights. Our experience was mostly good hence the 4 stars. We did have to get more towels, tp and take some trash out ourselves after a request for housekeeping was either forgotten about or they just didn’t have the staff to do it. Mold around the bathtub drain easily scraped off, yuck. Otherwise, the room was a nice size, bed comfy, friendly staff, decent breakfast and fun amenities. We would stay here again.

Great location and staff. Prompt service provided. Unfortunately, when we stayed the hot tub was inoperative but was repaired the day we checked out. Free parking and a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit the Deadwood - Lead area.

This was great for our extended family as we had adjoining rooms. The kids and adults loved the arcade, pool and fitness center. Paul at the front desk was extraordinary helpful w blankets and helped the kids w their arcade tickets. Colleen at the bar area went above and beyond helping our family enjoy some pizza, drinks and fun games like pool and cornhole.
