Disgusting

This hotel has bed bugs. They also have the worst breakfast. The floor in the room hasn't been vacuumed and there was black hairs in the bed sheets. I had my 2 kids with me and they had bites all over them.

Good. Would be great if they didn’t “check rooms”

This is a decent place at an affordable rate. We decided to book a second night and when we got new room keys the person at the front desk wanted to “check our room” they claimed this was a standard practice but if I had originally booked 2 nights they wouldn’t come check my room which really felt like an invasion of privacy. Absent of that situation it was a good stay with decent breakfast a nice pool area and clean spacious rooms. Thank you.

The room was clean. You could tell that there are places that don’t get cleaned and haven’t been cleaned in months. Also the toilet seat which is made of hard plastic is peeling. I placed a food delivery order and called down to see if it had been delivered and the staff said no however the food had been downstairs the entire time.

The Internet was sooo bad, for a place called Tech Center” the internet was not up to par. I had ordered a king size bed but they gave me two twin beds instead. The room smelled like old lady or something. The bathroom barely flushed and the breakfast options were horrible. The elevator had a spill with the wet sign floor for at LEAST 2 days and no one would clean it up. Also, not once did they come and make the beds for us. Stayed for 4 nights and not a single time did they come to clean the room, remove the trash or replenish the bathroom toiletries or towels. Will not be staying here again.

The beds were sunken, the pool was closed, the chair and sofa in the room were stained, the sheets were stained, there was hair in the shower, and we didn't have a trash can. This hotel desperately needs updated everything, especially the furniture.

This has been our go to place to stay for years. I have always had amazing staff and help when we need it. The staff really does try their best to clean up but the people that come and go ruin it sometimes. Not the problem of the staff at all.

All in all nice hotel in gods location, jacuzzi was great and hot, shower could be hotter. Rooms had smart TVs but were not connected to internet and the floors in the living area near kitchen could’ve been swept better.

The hot water in the shower didn't work. The room was dirty and had dead flys and spiders on the floor and corners. Stain on the blanket. Elevator looks like it's been months since it was swept or mopped. The night front desk lady was very welcoming and polite, morning front desk lady wasn't very welcoming when checking out and I mentioned no hot water and the house keeping left a window cleaning bottle in the room hiding behind the shower curtain. She never apologized or showed she cared.

It was clean, and the beds were comfy. The hallways smell like leaves and i wouldnt recommend staying if you forgot a pack n play. To quote the gentleman that checked me in. "Were supposed to have them but we dont. I dont know if we are waiting for a shipment of them or if they were destroyed".
