The rooms were ok and very clean. The decoration of the hotel is eclectic and well thought. The valet parking is very complicated. Specially because the valets dont move the cars from the front of the hotel as often as they should.

The room itself was great. Amazing city view. Clean. Good bed. I went to Reynard Social on the 6th floor for 20 minutes. Paid for my one drink via Apple Pay (which was pricy but fine). Then left. Upon arriving home I noticed that my destination fee which was $30 per night ($90 total) seemed odd since the total billed to my card was $180. I had asked for my receipt to be mailed as I check out which they did not do. Glad I checked my credit card, because the $180 charge was incorrect and when I asked, they said, oh well we charged you for your Reynard Social visit. I asked how that was possible since I paid for my one drink via Apple Pay. I never gave the bartender my room number, so this is ridiculous. I am still awaiting to be credited for the errant $90 someone charged to my room. Overall the room is great, but check your receipt upon check-out because they do not have a good process.

Excellent experience! Not only the hotel was beautiful, clean and done with attention to details and guests comfort in mind, but also the service everywhere was top notch. From the restaurant, to front desk, to the lounge/social spot they have on the 6th floor. We felt very welcome and very well taken care of! We also had a baby and a stroller with us. We were accommodated with an earlier check in and it truly felt as employees cared to make us feel comfortable. Definitely recommend! Great interior design as well, loved our stay. Thank you!
