Hotel rooms need remodeling. Our room had a large unsightly patch of carpet missing. Unfortunately, there wasn't another room available. The staff made up for the room conditions. They were very friendly and helpful. They are in the process of remodeling, so would stay there again after completion of remodeling

Our first time at this property. Small sign, a little hard to enter, parking clean, convenient. Check in was smooth, clerk friendly. Our room seemed very roomy if a bit awkwardly laid out. The bath was larger and in god repair. Breakfast area was clean and quiet with no blaring TV. Hot food choices were typical but tasty. Coffees were ok. Overall, a nice stay.

Property was under new management which probably improved the condition of rooms. Carpet was new and the room seemed to be painted. Unfortunately, internet was not updated to provide service when room occupation was higher. It would be impossible to work from your room since the internet could not even connect to the hotel webpage. Additionally, the gym had not be updated. Weights (dumbbells) were missing, and equipment was broken.

My room had clearly been occupied for more than one night and not cleaned before I checked in- something sticky was spilled on the night stand, the stovetop was dirty, carpet not vacuumed, and the bed linens stunk. Epoxy repair in the bathroom looked very rushed and there were gross brown spots on the overhead light. The walls are thin and the blackout curtains are only designed to cover half the window, so it's bright all night and you have to run the AC on high to keep it cool during the day. The nightstand lights have an odd power button placement that's not easy to find in the dark. Last but not least, there was police presence in the parking lot when I checked in around 2am, and again when I checked out at 11am. I think it may have been due to the adjacent motel, but it still made me feel uneasy. There's definitely a lot of wear and tear visible throughout hotel. There are signs up saying that they are working on renovations- but I didn't see any actual indicators of work being done.

The Carpet was wet, the water in the shower didn’t drain, there was a broken lightbulb in the light my daughter could have got cut on, air didn’t work and we went here only because we had no power… and the housekeeper kept banging on our door way before the checkout time and waking us up. Do not stay here.

Neighbor kept us up, could hear his talking through the walls until the wee morning hours Bathroom door abdominal in its lack of paint and disrepair. Grateful for freezer in refrigerator to keep ice cold for insulin travel in a plane the next day. No spoons st breakfast . “Out of them” really ?!
