As soon as we walked into the room after a long day of driving, the first thing we noticed was a cockroach on the wall. Without hesitation, we decided to leave and find a more comfortable Airbnb.

Falling apart

The hotel was a mess. We had to go down and get out own sheets and make the bed. They didn't even have the sheets for us in the room. They don't clean well because there was a huge chunk of meat next to the bed my toddler almost ate (so gross). The room is falling apart. The screen was just leaning against the building and the door handles were super loose. The room smelled like smoke so bad we had to go buy febreeze. They said the hotel was empty but yet there wasn't a room to switch to.

everything was excellent from the rooms the rate the staff, didn’t have breakfast there but everything else was excellent. You have various restaurants and a Mall along Grand River where the hotel is, Yes i stay here again and recommend this place. Mighty dancing to that.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived at 5:30 pm to check in… there was no one at the desk… another family was there ahead of me and said they were there several minutes already…waited a bit longer the other groups tries calling hotel and I wandered back into open offices to find some contractors working on phones who had no idea how to find staff. No luck on phone call so I left for dinner and checked in a couple hours later… disappointing service for arrival

Room was clean. The shower had three dispensers: two were for shower gel-both were empty- and the third has hair conditioner, no shampoo. Also, there was no bar soap for hand washing only a small bottle of shower gel by the sink.
