Easy way to park and fly. The Hotel was very clean. Customer service needs attention asap. The front desk associate was very rude along with a few other guests that was checking. I asked about the hot water in my room and she stated I had to leave it running for at least 20 mins before I can get a hot shower. Like come on I have an early flight no one should have to wait that long to shower. Especially for the rate you pay to stay at your establishment.

Several issues
Customer service was horrible. Fridge didn’t work. No hot water for one shower because they were “fully booked”. No change for onsite laundry because it was a Saturday and they don’t have any. I was told there was a gas station down the street I could go to to get change. Called to ask for towels to be sent to the room and was cut off mid sentence and told “we are not full Service, you’ll Have to come get them yourself.” Was also told room would be cleaned every two days. We stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned.

The jacuzzi had so much chlorine that most of my family got sick and the stuff was very nonchalant about it even when I called corporate it was disregarded I believe we had chorine poisoning and the front desk said they tested the water but I know it should read for less the the pool the general manager said it tested correctly but me and my 8 yr old throw up and my to cousin throat and chest and throat was burning we checked out a day earlier
