It is a fairly quite hotel in a great location for shopping and dining. Staff were very polite and responsive to our requests. Breakfast was charged extra but it was worth it. We noticed lots of dust on the wooden floor and the office chair, otherwise a place we would visit again.

Upon check-in, the computers were down and it took 30 minutes to get assigned a room. Once that was done,the first room was dirty and I asked for another room.

The staff were very nice. I arrived way before check in, but the lovely lady at the front desk worked very hard to get me a room as quickly as possible. She was very kind. The breakfast the next day was very good as well. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.
