The palace downtown was probably one of my favorite stay in dubai. I have stayed at other hotels before but the Palace has been the best for me. It was an absolute pleasure staying there. The staffs were great and very helpful. It was very close to everything nearby. The access to the dubai mall was best also. Overall, The palace was great and I would definitely stay there again next time!

Great staff!
We mostly dealt with Osama and Sido and they were both super helpful and accommodating. Having such lovely staff at the front desk makes all the difference. They knew every guest and made sure to make us feel at home. The hotel is super clean and well kept, house keeping staff was very good too. The only problem was the noise level. We were under the impression that it would be double glazed windows. But they weren’t and we could hear the entire fountain show very clearly. Osama was kind enough to offer us a quieter room. The hotel is almost connected to the mall which is great if you’re there for shopping. Time out market is a 2 minute walk so lots of good options to eat nearby. But the noise level in the room from 6:30 to 11:30 is an issue.

Fantastic food, friendly to kids, very clean. However when we tried to let them know we needed to check in early we could not get a hold of them online or via phone. The booking was made via Expedia so maybe that’s why. When we arrived at 6am they let us check in early, but was a bit nerve wracking in the lead up as we had a 14 hour flight. Oh, we booked a kids bed and had to ask for it to be brought to the room, also booked a kids bathrobe but wasn’t there either when we arrived
