An "at home stay"

The employees made the property fantastic. Two individuals Anna and Shaikh (I hope That I spelled his name correctly) Made this a feel at home stay. We had a miss-understanding with the taxi driver that took us from the cruise dock. They took it upon themselves to resolve the problem. Every time we came to the lobby they were cheerful and beyond helpful. I would not be afraid to recommend this property to anyone staying in Dubai

バスタブの栓を抜く方法が分からず、そのままにしまていたがハウスキーピングが栓を抜いていとくださらなくて、残念でした。 朝食の内容が日本人向けではないですが コーヒーは美味しかったです。 広々とした部屋は高級ホテルにはない良さです。

Rolla Apartments DubAI

Trevlig och Hotellet är dock i behov av en renovering, T ex var lägenhet inte utrustad med kokkärl, men lyckades få en kastrull för att koka frukostägg i. Försökte använda micron en gång men den fungerade inte. Kylskåpet stod på max , men knappast någon kyla alls, att frysa vatten till is tog ca 24 timmar i frysen. Liten pool på taket, men inga parasoller som gjorde det omöjlig att använda mer än högst en timme. Bra rumservice från restaurang med god och vällagade mat. Bra städning och byte av handdukar dagligen. Saknade dock halkskydd i badkaret . Balkong utan möbler. Heltäckningsmatta kan verka lite sunkig.

Sijainti oli melko näppärä taksilla hurauttaa erilaisiin kohteisiin. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta palvelu oli kuitenkin ontuvaa. MM. meille myytiin kahden päivän kiertoajelun hinnalla vain yhden päivän lippu ja meidän olisi itse pitänyt käyttää aikaamme asian korjaamiseen vaikka mielestämme tämä olisi kuulunut myyneelle henkilölle. Uima-allas-alue oli kummallisesti suljettuna klo 12-16 ja muuna aikana siellä pääsääntöisesti mellesti intialasituristilasten uimakoulu allasvalvojan ohjaamana.
