After I made the reservation, I had accidentally left another person’s phone number as the contact number. So they were receiving the texts and then questioning me about the trip. I didn’t want that to continue so I called and talked with JC to see if she could change that which she said she did. But when I checked in the message went to the other person’s text box. This led to an evening of unsolicited phone calls and texts. I was very disappointing that it wasn’t taken care of like I had asked. The bathroom door in room 203 would not latch so it was always a jar even when you tried to close it.

Weird bed configuration
Need more pillows Bed was reconfigured weird Above guests were loud almost all night, sounded like there was construction going on it was so loud. Breakfast was fair to good, waffles, sausage rounds, eggs, cereal, fruit etc, no yogurt. Good but not super good.
