We stayed for 4 days and met most of the front desk staff they were all excellent The beds were comfortable Hot buffet breakfast was very good. Parking at $10 is reasonable. But it's the little things We had no control over the heat in our room and it was plus 1 outside.No extra blankets. Would a couple of bottles of water cut into their profit.

I would stay here again maybe for the price. But..hotel needs alot of work. Next needs better places to eat from if possible. Also get different card reeders for rooms to get in. Sometime its hard to get into your rooms or if after 10pm at night sometimes the card won't get you in so..security has to let you in bit of a pain. I know the have more cards that are brand new they can put out/give to customers GT NEW cards please. Th roof was very good for the price though.

The only trouble I had was i couldn't connect with Netflix...it said it wasn't able to connect to the internet. i tried for about 20 min and then finally gave up. Everything else was fine. Hot breakfast was great!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was gross. I debated on finding another hotel for the night but I had already spent 200.00 for this room. So the room was gross. The toilet didn’t look like t has been cleaned in ages. The carpet in the room had stains all over it, the walls were dirty, the bathroom counter had toothpaste on it that was not from me. For the amount they charge, it should be taken care a lot better.

The faucet in the bath/shower didn't work properly. Cold shower because no matter what position you put it in the best you can get is warm. Bathroom vanity counter had a large crack in it that was repaired but should be replaced.

It’s clean, I like how they upgraded our room from double beds to queen size because they knew we’re family. Thanks so much for that! What I don’t like was the waffle maker I think it should be replaced it was sticking too much even you spray oil that’s why it’s taking time for everyone. Overall we had a great stay!

This hotel was terrible. Overpriced for the dirty small gross rooms. Unnesecery charges, making me pay to park my truck outside. Bath tub didn’t drain water while showering. No windows to open for any fresh air. Very gross and dirty place.
