$100 deposit expected without notice in the listin
Hotel was clean, somewhat dated and it did not indicate there would be $100 deposit on top of the cost of the room rate that was taken at the time of payment. Now I need to wait for the deposit to come back to my account. The breakfast was good however the hot food was lukewarm. It was satisfactory.

Nothing great about this property. Needs updated and the kinda run down. Furniture was all nicked up bath room out dated. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe so I rated average nothing great but a okay place to lay your head down for a night or two.

It was okay. I had booked for two adults and a child, and front desk tried to charge me extra (my 12 year old is 6’3” and I had to tell her he was 12 and avoid the extra charges when I was already $200. When I booked, the photos showed a water slide. There was none so we did not use the pool (reason for booking) and it did not specify that the LRT runs beside the building (the side of the building the room was on). For the cost I expected a little more. We left without the breakfast they tried to charge me extra for.

Wonderful hotel with great amenities! The room and lobby were clean and well maintained, absolutely no complaints there. The complimentary breakfast is also a huge perk. It's not anything super fancy, but they offer a very nice range of breakfast foods and they were all super yummy! The only complaint would be that the pool and hot tub are pretty small so if you don't get in there at the right time, you may find it too crowded to really enjoy. Other than that, everything about the stay was great with great service! Will stay here again! :)
