The sheets, covers, mattress, and pillows are so dirty. The floor specially under the bed is so dirty. The door lock is broken from inside. Dining room is too small and have to wait for others to finish and go out to find a place to have breakfast.

A mixed bag of NUTS
First off I gotta say for a motel that still offers a smoking option it's above the average Nut but it's really a good nut bad nut situation when it comes to cleanliness and depends upon who cleaned the room and whether they hate their job or not cause I've stayed here more then, lets say 10 times and of those 10 times 3 times the room was less then clean hair in tub and sinks coffee spilled on desk not wiped up that kinda stuff but overall for the price and the smoking option I give an 8 out 10 not too bad also noticed the ground floor smoking rooms I stayed in compared to the 2nd floor rooms were worse if you can do 2nd floor it's better....oh yeah and it's fairly bug free only seen 2 out of all the times I've stayed so that's a definite positive for them...hey if you need a cheap place and like to gamble a little bit give it a go it ain't that bad and if you're even considering this place you've stayed in worse believe me.

I brought my Mentally Disabled Veteran to get a good rest after we had traveled 11 hours. Then at 8:22am there was a man using a loud leaf blower right outside our room! I called and spoke to front desk he said manager was not in until next year and he could not ask worker to stop with the blower. AFTER A FULL KNEE REPLACEMENT THREE MONTHS AGO I HAD TO GO WALK TO DEONT DESK TO PLEASE STOP NOISE SO MY HUSBAND MAY KEEP RESTING. He said no.

Ew. Stay elsewhere.
I don’t know how in hell there are so many good reviews for this place. First, when we got there they gave us a room where the lock was broken and there were paper towels stuffed in the door knob hole. And just a slight push opened the door. So we asked for another one. The lady argued that “the people that checked out didn’t complain.” Well that’s their problem. Call me crazy, but I don’t feel safe in a motel in El Paso that HAS NO LOCK. The next room was upstairs. There’s no elevator so pack light, lol. The room was only barely clean. The sheets were like sandpaper, and the bed was sunken in in the middle. The walls are paper thin so we heard people walking by at all hours. My husband barely slept and my back hurt so bad that we just got up at 5am and headed on to the next leg of our journey. Stay elsewhere.

Truly terrible
In 2024 this property had, essentially, no internet service, as well as no ice machine. Property grounds were filthy, heater was hard to control, no bed spread on the bed. No cups in the room. Not sure how they could have done worse.
