First off we had to park down the street and half mile away from our hotel because there’s no reserved spaces so people coming in just for dinner or to see a group performing had parking preference over paying guests. Additional, the manager was unfriendly and had an attitude when I brought this concern to her attention. They also put us next to the outdoor smoking area so our room was disgusting smelling of cigarettes and we were bothered at all hours of the night and woken up by people being loud and obnoxious. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Loved that it was right in the business district and easily walkable to shipping and restaurants. The young girl we had check us in was kind of rude. I booked 2 rooms:1 king 1-2 queens. The reservations were flipped which was fine but the rooms ended up being in different buildings. I asked to be moved closer and she was again rather snippy saying it wasn’t possible. She didn’t even tell us where the rooms were or the elevators to get to the one in the main building. We ended up walking around the entire lobby looking for it. The other room with the king ended up being in the other building. Then when we came back from the wine tour Saturday evening and there was ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING anywhere on the property. Was not happy. Some in my party went to the desk to tell them and ask where we were supposed to park our cars and she said there was parking a few blocks away. Umm NO, I’m staying at the hotel and I should be able to park on the hotel property. She ended up giving us 2 passes to put in the windows and we had to stalk people leaving in the lot next door to get a spot. Overall the rooms were very nice
