Staying here has been my preferred choice over the years. We feel safer here and enjoy it being away from the busier parts of town. The restaurant inside has always pleased us. The pool area looks like it needs a little more attention than the last time we here and we had a sticky spot where the luggage sits but that’s the first time I’ve seen any issues. Hopefully it is better next time because I really like the area and still want to feel comfortable staying there.

Our stay was wonderful! The biggest take away from our stay was the friendliness of the staff! The only, VERY minor, thing negative was that the tv volume wouldn’t go past a certain point but very negligible. The room was very clean and they had awesome perks at check in!

This is our second stay here. It looks like it’s been renovated. Our room was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t hear neighbors or people in the hallway. On check in, staff was friendly and informative. We will definitely stay here again

Good for little town
Everything was good front desk was friendly. Never been to Ely. Stayed there for the casino and restaurant being convenient. Was comfortable room. Casino was not as good was gambling and no waitress for drinks. Smells bad like smoke did not spend alot of time in casino area.

This is our new go to hotel when we travel from Arizona to Idaho. This is the third time staying here, 2 of which have been in the last 10 days. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We also love the on site restaurant.

Not worth the $152 per night. No elevator and my wife can't do stairs. Had to settle for a "Pet Friendly" room. The floors were sticky and the rug between the beds smelled like dog pee. TV woulfn't work correctly kept locking up and pixelating. They sent a gal down to fix it. She rebooted the cable box and said it was all fixed up. It didn't change a thing. When other rooms turned on their water it sounded like Niagra Falls in our room. Then there was the couple arguing out in the hall. I don't recommend this place.

For a casino, it was fine. Not noisy. Not smoky except casino itself, of course. Our only issue was lack of elevator to second floor , and we had lots of stuff to carry to room. They did offer to help us, and we may accept the offer on check out. This was a good, clean place to stay in Ely.
