I stayed overnight for a one day business meeting in Fall River, MA. The hotel was conveniently located for my trip. My flight arrived after midnight so my check in was late. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating. He explained everything well and also gave me a room on the first floor since the elevators were “broken”. Parking was convenient as well, I received a space right in front of the entrance. The rooms were surprisingly cleaner than I expected for the price. It’s very hard to find clean hotel rooms these days due to short staffing and limited workers. My only complaint would be the bathroom toilet was dirty. It has urine on it. So that had not been cleaned well. Which is a pet peeve for women especially. The carpet smelled. It seems to have been freshly cleaned but maybe not dried well and had an odor. The mattress cover also had stains. Which freaked me out since bed bugs are at an all time high these days in hotels. No signs of bed bugs but I did wonder where the stains on the enclosure was from. (Yes, I check this first and foremost to prevent taking bed bugs home with me). Other than that, nice location nice staff. I didn’t eat breakfast was too lazy to get up. Common areas seemed cleaned and got tea and coffee was available 24 hrs in lobby. Will stay again if I went back to the same area.

We checked in & immediately had to change rooms because the first room smelled like someone had smoked in it that day. The second room initially smelled ok, but after a few hours it was obvious it had been smoked in as well. Every time we walked in the room it smelled like damp stale cigarettes. We didn’t ask to change rooms again assuming any other room would be the same. The hotel is very near the highway, so if you get a room facing the front of the hotel, expect noise from the passing vehicles. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was decent and well stocked. The exercise room is good quality.

This is a good hotel. What you would expect from Holiday Inn. Expedia failed to confirm our reservation, and we didn't really get any help from them. Luckily, there was a very nice young lady who assisted us, and we were able to get the Expedia price based on other criteria we met. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Wifi good.
