First room I was put in the television cord was missing, so that didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. Front desk person seemed put off when I asked for a different room. Second room the television worked, but the refrigerator did not work.

Afternoon staff was very rude when answering questions. Pool door had a regular key lock to enter it and when we inquired about how to enter the pool the staff was irritated. One door used a room key but our hallway entry had a key entry. We didn’t know how to get in so we asked!! Appt was the wrotghi g to do!! Mold on the bathroom tub area!!! I’ve never seen this in a hotel before!! Room was clean but the mold was a total disgust.
