Good Value with a Great Location
The hotel had a great location. Rooms were small and furnishings dated. Bathrooms were small and shower/tubs were in need of grab bars to ensure safety when getting in and out of the tubs. The neighborhood was noisy in the evening and early mornings due to market activity. Getting to the train station or the historic town center on foot was very easy and convenient. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Great location
The location is excellent. 5 minutes from the train station. Close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was excellent. Our room was a good size but some maintenance issues with the bathroom. They were very attentive to the problem. The bed is rock hard. Hard to sleep but the hotel is nice. Would recommend if you don’t mind a hard bed.

Great location for getting around, generally friendly staff. The in room amenities are lacking. No soap dish for sink or shower. No hooks or towel rods to hang wet towels. No in room coffee / water boiler. The rooms are tired, in need of some spiffing up. It was very clean, the bed comfortable. The breakfast room was basic but good food. Travel groups use this hotel so it can be busy at times. (Groups generally leave by 9 am) This was my second stay here, but with so many options in Florence I think I will try somewhere else next time. The price point is reasonable.

The front desk staff was excellent. We checked in with Martina and she was very friendly and gave us lots of information about the area-just as a matter of course! They were very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay!

what we liked the most was the where it was placed the area around was really nice and close to a lot of places also the staff at the front desk is really nice the room was dirty the air conditioning was not working the mini fridge did not work either the breakfast was okey the sink was always clogged.

Mostly ok the air conditioning was a little lacking. The drains in the showers were not good. We were a family with 3 different rooms and all had the same issues. The location was awesome and the staff were friendly. If the improved on these little things it could have been fantastic!
