I feel like I stayed in a completely different property than the other reviewers! I will start with the positive: 1. The location is UNBEATABLE. You are literally 20 steps from the Ponte Vecchio and everything is <10 minutes away by foot. The train station is a 10 minute cab ride. 2. The staff are great, especially the people at the rooftop...."restaurant". That's where the good news ends. Beware of booking this property: 1. The property/rooms look nothing like the photos on Expedia. There are no "slippers", there are no individual bottles of toiletries. There's just combo shower gel/shampoo bottles for the shower and the sink. No conditioner. 2. The entire property reeks of mold/musty smell. They try and cover it up with incense but no dice. 3. Our bathroom shower and shower curtain were COVERED in black mold. We asked for them to be bleached, which they did, but this did not solve the problem. We lived with it because we'd prepaid and it was too late to switch. 4. The bed is a brick. Seriously the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever laid on in my life. Days later my back still hurts. 5. On multiple occasions, the housekeeping left us only one towel and failed to replace coffee/cream/sugar. 6. The elevator/life will only take one person at a time (maybe two with no luggage) and there's only one. So buyer beware you're booking a six floor walk up hotel. 7. Signs telling you to conserve water everywhere, which is a just a ploy to save money. D-

Very mixed review. Clean until you look close. There was black mold below the window sill and mildew and mold in the bathroom causing me to get sick even lost my voice. Front desk girl was not friendly or helpful multiple times; including not helping coordinate transportation for the following morning when leaving for the airport. But the man at night was helpful and courteous. Fridge was never checked to see if it should be refilled. We liked the location and the lounge.Breakfast food was tasty but minimal, but we enjoyed the dinner. I probably wouldn’t stay at this franchise again.

A Truly Fantastic Stay! Our six-day stay at B&B Pitti Palace was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The crew was attentive to every detail, ensuring we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We particularly loved the stunning views and the proximity to so many iconic sights—everything was within walking distance! We can’t recommend B&B Pitti Palace enough. It was the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!
