The only thing this property has going for it, is the view of the Hard rock hotel. Absolutely amazing view but unfortunately that was about it. The rooftop is opened for drinks service on the afternoon however the service is extremely deplorable. The cafe was opened the majority of time during my stay but again, mediocre service at best. There was a room service option on the television with no menu and unanswered attempts to get further information. This is a utilitarian facility, and even so the air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy during the hours of 4am to 7am so can't even get a good night's rest. Overall 2 out of 5 experience.

Surprised that this is considered 4 star hotel
To make this short and concise, our bed sheets had black stains on them and when we called to have them switched, they told us they don’t offer house keeping at this time so o had to go down stairs and grab it myself. Then to my surprise when I remove the top sheet, the mattress protector had giant piss stain and hairs throughout, clearly it hadn’t been changed in a while. They didn’t seem to care just offered to switch rooms which was a hassle because we had already unpacked everything. The hotel is also valet only which is an inconvenience at certain but the valet staff was polite.

Nice rooms with a good view, definitely better than giving more money to the hard rock, parking is pretty bad and the club next door did get a bit rowdy with that said inside the room was actually pretty quiet, overall if your in Hollywood it is a good bang for your buck.

The hotel is just over a year old; therefore, newness is a big plus. There is no self-parking, restricted to Valet. The hotel does provide a shuttle to/from Hard Rock Casino Hollywood until 2:00a.m. that's directly across the street.

Property is right across the street from hard rock casino which makes a good alternative to staying on site. They have convenient shuttle service over to the casino. However, the hotel shuts down the bar and restaurant every Friday night to recognize Jewish Sabbath so we were a little disappointed that we did not get a chance to enjoy those amenities.

What a hidden but not so hidden location excellent for staying if you’re from Miami going to a concert at hardrock live easy walking distance. Stunning decor. We were sad the restaurant was closed on the beautiful rooftop but we’re planning to come back when it’s open! We ended up at hot pot restaurant walking distance it was also a big surprise very good all around.
