There was nothing to like. We booked what looked good on Trip adviser. However on stepping into the place, this was a feeling of no safety, reeking with the smell of weed and weird characters on premise. Before we could go into the room, we opted to leave and deman a refund. We are waiting on our refunds

I absolutely love this hotel and its location. It's close to everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. The staff is nice and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. I will definitely be staying here again.

It was the worse experience I have ever received. I tried reaching out to hotels.com to no avail. The front desk personnel had me on a wild goose chase and think nothing of it. No empathy, no care., unprofessional. No manager on duty and could not be reached by phone.
