Room heater not working, called the front desk. Maintenance said nothing he can do about it and then the front desk called us back and said that they can only provide us with blanket and freeze ourselves in the room. We ask to be move to another room but she said No..This place is Terrible, room dirty and stinky smells bad.Never ever stay here again plus the shuttle driver whisper to us that we have to pay $20 and I heard he told the other couple $25..what a scum bag??? Something fishy, takes them one hour to pick us up in the airport WHILE we are waiting in a freezing cold windy afternoon. NEVER EVER AGAIN and I wish they speak ENGLISH when they are in front of the customers.

During our stay, we encountered several issues that were quite disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the air conditioning was not functioning. When we requested assistance, the technician simply suggested that we adjust by turning on the fan, which was not a satisfactory solution. Additionally, upon checking in, we found a suitcase left behind in the room, which was quite unsettling. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent, and the location of the hotel was excellent.

VERY GOOD 3-STAR HOTEL, ALL THINGS CONSIDERED!
1. Very professional and friendly Front Desk personnel 2. Breakfast very good and breakfast area spacious and clean. 3. I didn’t like that food delivery persons could walk right up and right to my room (unrestricted elevator). 4. Maid service was atrocious: it was around 4:00pm daily and only involved the bathroom 5. Safety. Unrestricted access and no safety deposit bob in rooms, and 6. What I truly hated was that shuttle to airport cost $20. Nowhere does the advertisement of this hotel’s shuttle availability indicate that it costs $20. I could Uber to airport for less money: but advertise accurately! Notwithstanding the above, I will rebook this hotel, because of eating places and an adjacent, walking distance, Shopping Centre with a Winn Dixie. So, overall, I am staying with my 4-star rating!

Great location to Fort Lauderdale airport, friendly staff, but the rooms are dirty, found a blood stain on the bedsheets, and ant infestation on the cabinet below the TV. Courtesy shuttle was great too
