Stay away from Handicapped Rooms unless needed!
We were given a handicap access room ,(not rquested) which only had a small sink and no room for toiletries. The room itself is BIG enough ,,,just not the COMFORTABLE big things, and we stayed for 4 nights,,, so kinda dissappointed when going to a nice place like Fla. Mostly tile floors, so not comfortable,,, shower not comfortable.

Let's start with the front desk person, he was rude. Property in general was good. We only stay there to sleep, did not use the facilities. Pillows were terrible. We ran out of shower gel the first day into our stay and never got refilled. Other than that it was okay. Family and pet friendly.

There was a stressful mix-up for checking in. I reserved and paid for the room, in person, so that my son, after a long drive, could go into his room. The front desk person handled this, and assured me that everything was taken care of, and when my son arrived he could pick up his room key. When my son arrived, another front desk personnel tried to get my son to pay again. It was very stressful.
