Not very clean

The room had a smell and it was non smoke room. Probably the carpet. The bathroom was very dirty. The breakfast boil eggs were like yellow almost burned I feel they overcooked and the same breakfast the two days we were there.

The place is extremely dirty, the sofa bed mattress was of poor quality, there were no sheets for it. The pillows looked like pieces of rags. The towels were limited and insufficient. The smell of the carpet was unbearable. Simply terrible!

I didnt like that my card was charged at 9am but i wasn't allowed to check in early unless i paid for early check-in. Then while checking in i was asked for a 100 dollar deposit. I ask what for when you already charged my card before i checked in.

The front desk person may have been the rudest most disinterested person we have ever encountered at a hotel check in desk. She seemed to take pleasure in putting me, the guest/ customer down. Things were broken in the lobby...restroom not working, elevator floor filthy with a yellow cone for cleaning down left uncleaned for many hours etc etc....dreadful experience
